Overview
PharmaDev Payroll (the App) helps employees log visits and generate payroll reports. We respect your privacy and designed the App to work entirely on your device.
What We Collect
The App does not collect personal data on our servers. All data you enter stays on your device.
This may include employee name (optional) and visit entries such as subject ID or description, protocol, rate, amount, and date.
How Your Data Is Used
- Display and edit your timesheet.
- Calculate totals.
- Generate a PDF report.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Data is stored locally on your device using application storage (AsyncStorage). We do not receive, store, or access your data.
Sharing of Data
We do not share your data with third parties.
If you choose to export or share a PDF, that action is initiated by you through your device’s share sheet, such as sending the file by email or saving it to cloud storage. The App does not automatically upload or transmit your data.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
- No analytics SDKs.
- No advertising SDKs.
- No cross-app tracking.
Data Retention & Deletion
- Your data remains on your device until you delete it.
- You can delete entries inside the App, including Delete on a visit or Delete all.
- Deleting and reinstalling the App also removes locally stored data.
Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for professional use by employees and is not directed to children.
Security
We rely on your device’s security features and operating system protections. Because data never leaves your device, there is no server transmission risk from this App.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect improvements or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last updated date.
